An Uncommon Betrothal – Usually £3.99 – Erotic Romance novel, M/M, 100k. Main character is a polio survivor, experiences chronic pain and joint issues, relies on a cane to walk and stand; has continued gut issues; heavily relies on pain killers and alcohol. Requires physical assistance and care from his butler and love interest.
Touch-Starved – Usually 99p – Erotic novella, M/M, 15k. Love interest has unnamed joint issues, relies on a cane to walk and stand, is also asthmatic. Descriptions also of his shower chair & other mobility aids within his flat.
Bird Song – Usually £1.99 – Romance short, M/M, 7k. MC has a spinal defect from birth as well as bone and joint issues, and later sustained an additional injury. He used a wheelchair as a child and teenager before transitioning to a frame then cane, and experiences chronic pain, and his bungalow is adapted for space and his mobility and fatigue issues. The LI is Deaf with limited lip-reading ability, and the two speak only in British Sign Language.
Hunger At Sea – Usually 99p – Erotic short, M/M, 7k. MC is an older man who is forced to take a desk job on a merchant vessel after he’s injured by cannonfire in his naval position. Pain, restlessness, and using a cane mostly to walk.
A Clean Pig – Usually £1.99 – Erotic novella, M/M, 13.6k. Dominant love interest is an ambulatory wheelchair user with heart issues and a chronic illness. There is depiction of his multiple assistants, his adapted car and home aids, and his bathroom.
Bone-Eater, Hungry for Fire – Usually 99p – Fantasy Romance short, M/M, 4.5k. Love interest is burned in many places, his tongue has been partially amputated, and he speaks with a moderate lisp and difficulty with some words.
Dirk and the Weaver – Usually 99p – Fantasy Romance novella, M/M, 12k. MC has a hip injury and permanent internal scarring, is reliant on a cane to walk and stand.
Strange Liberty – Usually £1.99 – Dark Fantasy Romance novella, M/M, 27k. Love interest is an older man and stroke survivor, with significant weakness on one side of his body: a facial droop, weakness in one arm, and relies on a cane to walk and stand. He has lost significant fine motor function, which is discusses in the course of the plot. While the MC is not himself physically disabled, he is an energy vampire who saps energy from others by touching them, and a significant measure of the book parallels neglect of disabled children, focusing on family and other caregiver’s revulsion of him and lack of willingness to touch him. In addition, a significant side character lacks inhibitions as a result of brain damage.
Alexander’s Angel – Usually 99p – Fantasy Romance short, M/M, 6.6k. Love interest, an angel, is wholly mute.
