Commissions
I am generally open for commissions, meaning custom works written to a request!
You can reach out to me if you want non-fiction written to a spec for your magazine or publication, but I primarily write commissions for short fiction.
Wanting to see a particular trope or theme in my style, or aching to see a particular kink laid out on the page? Want to gift a friend or loved one with some wonderful and fucked-up erotica this holiday season?
You can commission me for:
- Non-Fiction: Essays, reviews, and thinkpieces on particular topics, opinion- or analysis-based.
- Romance, Horror, & Other Fiction: Short stories written to a theme with particular character archetypes, emotive arcs, or general ideas in mind.
- Erotic Fiction: Short stories written with particular kinks, dynamics, or character archetypes in mind.
Depending on the project, my rates are generally between £0.05-£0.12 per word. For example, a 1500-word piece might cost between £75 and £180, but my rates are flexible.
I will write original characters of my own creation within guidelines and according to commissioner input – you might name characters or put forward a general description, for example, but ownership of the character(s) will remain mine, and I generally do not write other people’s original characters. The exception is for adaptations of works in the public domain, such as Les Misérables, Sherlock Holmes, Peter Pan, et cetera.
I’m happy to write a wide variety of themes, characters, and kinks, including niche kinks and fetishes such as cum inflation, oviposition, knotting, monsterfuckery, and so on; I’m also quite happy to write gore and violence, scalies and furries, and so on.
I am not able to write fanfiction of any non-public domain property or RPF; I do not write vore, scat, personality excretion, certain guro concepts, underage, or bestiality with real animals, though I’m comfortable with fictional ones such as dragons.
I take payment for work upon completion but before publication via PayPal or via bank transfer. Generally, completed commissions will be published publicly to my usual places – here on my website, on Patreon, Medium, Ao3, Tumblr, et cetera, or they can be published elsewhere, including in your own publication(s).
For longer commissioned works that I adapt into eBooks or novella paperbacks, I’ll also send coupon codes to redeem for the eBook copy of your commission.
For fiction and for non-fiction I’m happy to discuss publication rights as desired, and if a particular work stands out to you as desirable for a project feel free to reach out and discuss the info for a reprint.
If you’re interested in discussing a commission and are looking for some details that aren’t here, just shoot me a message!
Book Reviews, Collaborations, & Art Trades
If you’re an artist yourself and would be interested in collaborating on any sort of multi-media project, such as a comic or fiction in conjunction with illustration, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through.
I am generally open to art trades and collaborations, and I’m also happy to discuss rights for adaptation if you’re someone who likes to create audio works, illustrate, or otherwise respond to my own works.
If you’re a book reviewer or blogger and you’re marginalised in any way yourself and/or if you’re low-income or no-income but are interested in reading and reviewing any of my works, feel free to reach out, and I can send you coupon codes to redeem free eBook copies of any desirable titles.
There’s no expectation of a positive review or to create a review or blog at all if you end up not having the time or not feeling inspired enough to write in response – these are not advance reader copies (ARCs) or similar that come with an expectation of recompense. It’s just about easing the way into blogs and reviews if you don’t have much money to invest in the pastime.
Comedy & Appearances

I can be booked for stand-up comedy, and I have a tight 20, although I’m not actively looking for regular stand-up nights of recent – in general, I prefer to do queer and disabled-centric comedy nights.
I’m more than happy to do stand-up for small events and particularly charity gigs.
I regularly do conventions primarily in the UK and Ireland and I regularly appear on panels or moderate other panellists – I really enjoy interview work and public speaking, so apart from conventions, if you’re looking for a moderator or MC for a queer or literary event, feel free to each out.
Depending on how far afield you are, if you’d like me to make my way to an event in-person I may ask for travel fare and/or accommodation, but I’m flexible and I like to put time aside for events, particularly as there aren’t that many trans and disabled creators on the circuit.
And if your book club has read or is reading one of my works and you’d be interested in a Q&A, either online or in-person, I can do that too! I’ve done a few of these in the past for Heart of Stone, and I’m happy to work around timezones for online panels and calls.
