You have apparently just received a great many emails from myself as I set up my new website – I apologise profusely, I’ve been trying to import my back catalogue of works from Patreon, Medium, and elsewhere so they’re readable on the new website, and against all common sense, the default options for posting have been sending email updates directly to everyone in my subscriber lists, also imported from Medium, Patreon, and from my original Buttondown newsletter.
If the rapid fire hundred or so emails were not announcement enough, I have a new website. It looks quite nice, I think, but I entirely understand if you’re frustrated enough with the barrage of scattershot emails from myself in the last hour or so that you’re no longer inclined to browse it.
As I said, I’ve put together my email list from my subscribers on Patreon, Medium, and Buttondown – I am swapping from Buttondown to directing my newsletter and updates of new posts from here on JohannesTEvans.co.uk. If this is something you would still like to receive, that’s excellent!
If you’re not interested in receiving these updates, or if you want to retain your email updates from Patreon and/or Medium and do not wish for the redundancy of the email from multiple sources, that’s just fine! There should be an unsubscribe list here in the newsletter.
Again, I cannot apologise enough, and I’m so so sorry for the horrible spam attack of every piece I’ve published since 2017. If you cannot find it in your heart to forgive me, I more than understand!
