I have desired this addition for over a year now, but missed out on my chance to make it happen last year after Halloween came and went, so as soon as B&M dropped their Halloween stock, I snapped him up.
If you follow my socials, you’ll have already seen him, but if not, here he is: Isidore B. Yarwood is our new skeleton. He is 5’4″ and fully posable, and now that I have appropriately dressed him in some of my old clothes, he will be joining me at conventions from here onwards! All the ladies in B&M were very amused that I was so excited to make the purchase, and were remarking that he was taller than two out of three of them.
I really wanted one of skeletons last year – they’re only £25 and as bizarre as it may seem as a business expense, I knew as soon as I first saw them out that they’d be far more fun than getting one of those tall posters printed with my books on for a convention, and Izzy takes up about as much space, but doesn’t need to be so bottom heavy or difficult for me to carry.
As you can see from the images above, the cats have immediately accepted him lovingly as one of their own, and they like him immensely. He’s very light-weight, so he should be easy for me to cart about in my suit carrier alongside my suits (on his own coat hanger), and now that I have furnished him with trousers and a waistcoat and blouse, he’ll be a suitable place to put my hat on when I’m sat at tables between panels – I’ll of course get him a pronoun badge, and I’m going to keep an eye out for an appropriately sized transgender pride flag for him to wave.
I’ll come up with some fun faggy backstory for him at some point, but for now, he is settled on our sofa and being treated far more lovingly by Myrtle and Bertram than they ever treat me or Lorenzo. Case in point:
His forename is from the delightful and best beloved Doctor Isidore Latham of Chicago Med, although he is not a doctor himself. We’ll perhaps see about getting him a captaincy. The B. stands for Barnabas.
With those introductions made, I am currently tocking up money for two conventions very close together – Once Upon A Tyne in Newcastle, the 26th-27th September, and then FantasyCon in Glasgow in October, the weekend of the 9th through the 11th.
Sales of Rescue Dogs are going very well here and on other sites, but of course, honest reviews – positive or negative or in-between – will always be very appreciated on whatever website you prefer to use. I will be selling signed paperbacks at the above conventions, and of course, I’ll soon make them available on the website – all the novels will be £15 each on the website going forward.

I of course published that macro/micro piece this week and the other M/M erotica piece, and I plan to publish some more premium works the next few weeks – I have some lesbians on the docket and some spanking, and of course, everything new this month will be available to you in conjunction to all my other premium works, both the dozens already published and those in the future.
I have been working on a lot of free serials the past few months, so the hope is to do a few more one-shots and short stories, and then go back to the usual habit of going between serials and one-shots.
